The symptoms of anxiety are far more intense than your normal worries. They can steal you from the present moment, make your body feel uncomfortable physical symptoms, and prevent you from doing things that you would have never thought twice about before. Anxiety can come from focusing on what we can’t control. An easy way to snap out of an anxious moment is to shift your thinking to what you actually CAN control. They’re here for a reason, so ask yourself what purpose they’re serving and tackle what you can control.
